the Zone Diet

The Zone Diet is a "Balanced" diet, not high this or low that.

It balances protein, carbohydrates, and mono-unsaturated fats in a specific ratio designed for optimum health.

This diet will enable you to lose weight, at a nice, steady rate, followed correctly. It is not rigid, and allows for mistakes. It is easy to fall out of, and easy to get back in again.
